On Tuesday, students at West Lincoln-Broadwell School in Lincoln had a fun day creating slime that will be sold and the money raised donated to Forget Me Not Ministries for at risk children in Romania. The slime day was hosted by the school in partnership with “Look out for the left out,” an organization started by Calla Woods.

The same year Calla started her fundraising organization she was diagnosed with a rare brain cancer. Her battle lasted only eight weeks. After she passed, her parents took up her mission and carry it on today.

Caleb would have been a senior this year, and on Wednesday the Mt. Pulaski FFA hosted their FFA Week Tractor Day Parade, using the event to remember their lost classmate.
